EMI was established in 1996 with the goal of becoming both a fabricator of PVC pipes, casing and screens as well as a distributor of completion products for environmental and remediation wells. Since then, EMI sales have expanded both nationally and internationally including Central and South America as well as Asia and the Middle East.
The quality of our products is of the highest importance. Our strict adherence to ASTM and industry standards guarantee quality in every product. All of our PVC pipe products are fabricated from Type 1, Grade 1 PVC and are manufactured to applicable ASTM and NSF standards. All threading is performed to ASTM F 480 specifications (unless otherwise specified) and all of our monitor well casings/screens are no-print, non-solvent cleaned, and plastic wrapped, boxed, or encased. All other environmental well products distributed by EMI are held to the same high standards.
In order to maintain the high quality of our products, we have invested significantly in our plant and machinery. We built a new factory in 1999 and have invested in new machinery to include a CNC lathe threading machine and new computer controlled slotting machines. These investments and improvements promote our products and services. We believe our customer service, sales, and support contribute greatly to our success.
